2005 Fior Fiore  Ansonica I.G.T

This white wine is made with Ansonica grapes, a native Tuscan Maremma vine, particularly from the Capalbio zone. The grapes are harvested early and fermentation is done in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. The wine is light straw yellow colored and the perfume is fresh, intense and floral. To the palate it reveals full body with hints of flowers and ripe fruits.                   

2005 Merlot

Made with 100% Merlot grapes cultivated on the hills surrounding Capalbio, in the Tuscan Maremma. After early harvest, the fermentation is made in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.

The color is ruby red with purple highlights. Intense bouquet with aromas of wild, ripe berries. Elegant and soft to the palate, with hints of raspberries.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is made with the best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes cultivated in Capalbio, in the Tuscan Maremma,to capture and preserve the aromas of the ancient Etrurian soil, in harmony with modern winemaking.

Occidentale 2004 "Super Tuscan"

Super-Tuscan blend cultivated on the hills surrounding Capalbio, in the Tuscan Maremma. The grapes are pressed and fermented separately at controlled temperatures in stainless steel. The color is ruby red with purple notes. The bouquet is complex, with hints of wild berries and to the mouth reveals great personality, and superb taste, with notes of wild berries.
 

2004 Polyphemus

Made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested late and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats. Aged for eight month in the bottles before release, this wine has intense red color and lightly spicy nose with interesting, balanced bouquet. Because of the high content structured tannins, the flavor is pleasantly tart.

2004 Sangiovese

Wine made with 100% Sangiovese grapes cultivated on the hills surrounding Capalbio, in the Tuscan Maremma. The color is ruby red, the bouquet is intense, with strong notes of wild berries. Forward taste with typical bitterness, strong tannins and hints of raspberries. Available in September
