2005 Chardonnay

Winemaker Notes: The wine is fruit forward. With its slightly buttery flavor with crisp, concentrated character of apple and pear. This Chardonnay is the essential white wine for by the glass programs, stackers, and special promotional programs. The flavors of apple and pear in this wine are the perfect accompaniment to soft, mild cheeses, smoked salmon, omelets and quiche.

2006 White Zinfandel

Winemaker Notes:  This White Zinfandel has a beautifully bright salmon color and aromas of strawberries and spice. Full of flavors, this wine has a refreshing crisp and clean finish. The wine is off-dry, refreshing and provides a an excellent wine for casual quaffing.

2005 Merlot

Winemaker Notes:  This wine has the flavor profile of a California Appellation Merlot. Velvety and smooth with traces of toasty oak and spice. The classic red wine. The flavors of berry and currant in this Merlot are accentuated when accompanied by pork, spare ribs, spicy appetizers and hearty cheeses like sharp cheddar or fondue.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaker Notes:  An excellent wine at value prices. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a rewardingly rich dark-red wine with robust character. Ideal with richer foods. The structure and depth of this wine make it a stand out with spicy chicken wings, cured salamis and pepperoni, grilled steak and any chocolate dessert.
